DENIUM COMPANY ORGANISATION HISTORY :
Denium Company is dealing with economics,computers,security,private invistigations and bodyguarding.
Denium Company was founded on 01/01/1995 by Smaliukh Denys Yurievich,Deryabin Vladimir Sergeevich and Ganichenko Maxim Aleksandrovich in Tajura,Libya as a computer company.
First cooperation of Denium Company was with Oya Computer-Engineering Company.Contact was about selling computer programs by oya company to Denium Company and also Oya Company was teaching Denium Company staff in few areas such as English and Arabic languages, Computer courses and many more.
As profit of Denium Company was negative and devolopment of Company was very slow, Deryabin VFladimir decided to leave company and he left on 05/05/1996.Ganichenko Maxim followed his steps on 20/06/1997.From that moment Smaliukh Denys became the only owner of Denium Company.For one year company's business was dead,but on 01/01/1999 Smaliukh Denys decided to rebuild structure of the company and to put more investments in development of Denium Company, to make new contacts, to change location of headquarters.So changes were making for one year and headquarters were moved to Malta and all staff were renewed.
Official date of founding of Denium Company is 01/01/2000.Nowdays Denium Company is a part of Denium Organisation.

Denium Organisation consists of Denium Company, MODC (Music Oerganisation of Denium Company)Records,and Denium Security Service..Area of business of Denium Organisation are : computers, economics, security, music and video recording and rent, and selling,private investigations.
